I hope the assessments you complete here will help us in our work together.
To complete an assessment, click the ‘Client Login’ link to the right. Then enter the User ID and Password you have been given. On the page that follows, you will see a message that says “[Name of] Questionnaire due.” Click that link and begin your assessment. Be sure to save your results when you are done.
